Members, ages 18 and older, diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) can join our innovative CAD Health Education Program. The program provides members with access to professional care specialists and educational materials to help them better understand and manage their heart conditions. The program works with each member's doctor and complements his/her care.

Participants will:

• Receive information about specific CAD medications.
• Learn ways to lower their blood pressure.
• Work to develop an action plan with their selected doctors.
• Have access to CAD professional care specialists to answer questions.
