Members having difficulty breathing due to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) can join our innovative COPD Health Education Program. The program provides members with access to professional care specialists and educational materials to help them better understand and manage their conditions. The program works with each member's selected doctor and complements his/her care.

Participants will:

• Receive information about specific COPD medications.
• Learn how to properly use an inhaler device and peak flow meter.
• Work to develop an action plan with their selected doctors.
• Have access to COPD professional care specialists.
• Receive assistance in scheduling important immunizations.
