I wanted to tell you that my family and I have spotted the Horizon BCBSNJ Blimp six times in the past month. We have Horizon BCBSNJ health care coverage, so we really enjoy seeing the blimp so often. It feels as if our insurance company is truly watching over us.
I had to look up information on the blimp, because we have seen it so many times. My kids were starting to wonder if there was more than one. We were all surprised to learn there isn't.
The first time we saw it, we took pictures of it flying over the beach at Manasquan, NJ. Next, we saw it flying over the hospital in Hackensack, NJ, when my son was going for his checkup in the children's wing.
Then we saw it flying over the beach at Avon, NJ, and again over Belmar. Another day, it was flying over Route 33 in the Freehold/Manalapan area. Finally, today we saw it flying over Atlantic City. I took some great pictures of it today when it came down so low; it looked like it was trying to land near Sandcastle Baseball Stadium. My kids love it when they look up in the sky and find the blimp flying overhead. We look forward to seeing it more throughout the rest of the summer.
