Note Regarding Parking:

The elevators in the parking garage can only be accessed by employees with an ID badge. Please bypass this garage and proceed to the "Kinney Parking Lot" in the rear of the building. It will have the Blue Cross Blue Shield logo on its sign. The rear entrance is located directly across from the parking lot.

FROM NORTH OR SOUTH:

Via Garden State Parkway to Exit 145: After the toll, stay to the right and follow signs for 280 East. Take Exit 15 NJPAC, and at the end of the ramp, make a right at the light onto Route 21 (McCarter Highway). Follow Route 21 past the NJPAC, and make a left at the light for Raymond Boulevard. Proceed under the Penn Station overpass. At the traffic light, make a left onto Raymond Plaza East.

New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 15E: After the toll, stay left and follow the signs for Routes 1-9 South — Raymond Boulevard and Newark. At the light, turn right onto Raymond Boulevard. Go approximately three miles to the sixth traffic light (the Blue Cross Blue Shield building will be just ahead on your right), and turn right onto Commercial Street.

Newark Airport & Routes 1-9 North: When exiting Newark Airport, follow the signs for Route 21 North (McCarter Highway). After crossing the viaduct, continue on Route 21 North to the 15th traffic light, and make a right onto Raymond Boulevard (One Newark Center building will be on the far-left corner). Continue straight until you pass under the Penn Station overpass. At the traffic light, make a left onto Raymond Plaza East.

Route 21 South: Traveling South on Route 21 (McCarter Highway), turn left onto Raymond Boulevard. Proceed under the Penn Station overpass. At the traffic light, make a left onto Raymond Plaza East.

FROM WEST:

Route 22 East to Route 21 North: After crossing the viaduct, continue straight on Route 21 North (McCarter Highway) to the 15th traffic light and make a right onto Raymond Boulevard (One Newark Center building will be on the far left corner). Continue straight until you pass under the Penn Station overpass. At the traffic light, make a left onto Raymond Plaza East.

Route 24/78 East: Follow signs for Exit 58 A-B. Take Exit 58A, and follow signs for Route 21 North, McCarter Highway. After crossing the viaduct, continue on Route 21 North to the 15th traffic light, and make a right turn onto Raymond Boulevard (One Newark Center building will be on the far-left corner). Continue straight until you pass under the Penn Station overpass. At the traffic light, make a left onto Raymond Plaza East.

FROM EAST:

Lincoln Tunnel or George Washington: Follow the directions for New Jersey Turnpike to 15E. Follow Bridge to New Jersey Turnpike directions for Raymond Boulevard and Newark, which is the same as the New Jersey Turnpike directions.

Route 280 East: Take Route 280 East to the Harrison Exit. At the second traffic light, make a left turn onto Frank Rodgers Boulevard and continue straight until you cross over the Jackson Street Bridge. Make a sharp left at the end of the bridge ramp. Go to the next corner, and make a left onto Raymond Boulevard. Travel straight for two traffic lights (Blue Cross Blue Shield building will be just ahead on your right), and make a right turn onto Commercial Street.
