Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is proud to announce that Horizon HMO is the top-rated health plan based upon the highest number of HEDIS clinical scores in the 2007 NJ HMO Performance Report. This report includes HEDIS rates for health plans in 12 clinical measures based on preventive services they provide and how they serve members with chronic illnesses.
