Horizon BCBSNJ Dental Programs provide a diverse product portfolio of innovative, freestanding dental benefit programs to individuals and groups with headquarters in New Jersey. Our members have access to an extensive network of participating dentists in our regional service area, including the 21 counties of New Jersey; the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Staten Island, the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn) and Nassau, Suffolk, Orange, Westchester, and Rockland counties in New York; and in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester counties in Pennsylvania. Members also have access to an extensive national network of over 60,000 participating dentists.
