WellQuest Fitness Network

It's no secret that regular exercise is an essential part of staying healthy. The WellQuest Fitness Network is an extensive network of more than 9,000 credentialed fitness centers, including Gold's Gym, Lady of America, Ladies Workout Express, 92nd Street Y, Fitness for Women, Bally's Total Fitness and Sports Clubs, Cuts for Men, Curves for Women, and Jazzercise, just to name a few. WellQuest evaluates each facility to ensure that it meets standards in providing a safe, professional health club experience. There are no expensive initiation fees or long-term membership contracts. You will also enjoy reciprocal usage at other participating health clubs in the network.

How the program works...
Monthly fees are paid directly to WellQuest. Once enrolled, a certified fitness instructor provides a fitness evaluation and program orientation to help you reach your personal goals. In addition, WellQuest members receive a personalized nutrition program, at no extra cost, through a partnership with Miavita.

What's the discount I receive?
You receive the low, one-time enrollment fee of $49 for yourself and $29 for additional family members. You also receive discounts on monthly fees with savings of up to 30 percent.

What's the discount I receive?
At New York Sports Clubs, you pay a reduced initiation fee of $49, a special Horizon BCBSNJ rate. Every member receives a complementary meeting with a personal trainer to help you get started with confidence.

The 14 participating JCCs in New Jersey offer a wide range of recreational and exercise programs for members of every age and background. Through an agreement with Horizon BCBSNJ, you'll enjoy savings on a variety of services, while doing something good for you and your family.

How Does The Program Work?
Go into any of the 14 participating JCCs listed here, present your Horizon BCBSNJ ID card at the reception desk, and you'll obtain the savings shown below.

What Type of Discount Will I Receive?
You'll receive the following: a one-week free trial membership; a one-time waiver of the new member application fee or joiner fee, if applicable; a five percent discount on first-year membership fees for new JCC members; and a one-time $25 discount for health and fitness programs (excluding personal training and massages, limit one per family).

YMCA Gateway Family Membership

Building strong kids, strong families and strong communities since 1844, the YMCA offers recreational and physical activities in convenient locations throughout New Jersey. Through an agreement with Horizon BCBSNJ, the YMCA offers a free, one-month Gateway Family Membership to families new to the YMCA. This membership provides access to a full array of services and many health and wellness programs.

The Gateway Family Membership can be converted to a full family, privileged membership at the conclusion of the free-month membership. Financial aid is also available to families who qualify for assistance in converting their membership. See a participating YMCA for more details.

How the program works...
To access the free, one-month Gateway Family Membership, present your Horizon BCBSNJ ID Card, a Picture ID, and a copy of this Free YMCA Gateway Family Membership Coupon to a participating YMCA staff person.
