The Weight Management Health Education Program is available for eligible members who are diagnosed with a weight management issue. This no-cost program invites eligible members 12 years of age and older to take advantage of its valuable resources, including:

Toll-free support line staffed by registered nurses specializing in weight management. A professional Care Specialist will work directly with you, giving you support on making healthy lifestyle changes, such as quitting smoking, performing daily exercise, eating a healthy diet and maintaining a proper weight.

Quarterly educational mailings about weight management.

Personal dietician to review your individual nutritional needs.

Information about innovations in treatment and nationally recognized guidelines to help you manage your weight.

Valuable resource information – including community programs, support groups and web-based educational resources.
