For New Jersey Federal employees and annuitants, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is offering the nationwide Service Benefit Plan with a choice of programs. Choose from the Standard Option Preferred Provider Organization or the increased coverage with decreased costs under the Standard Option Point-of-Service Program. With both programs, you receive excellent health care coverage. All you need to do is select the program that best suits the needs of you and your family.

State Health Benefits Program

If you're enrolled in the New Jersey State Health Benefits Program (NJSHBP), Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey has a plan for you. For employees and retirees enrolled in NJSHBP, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey administers the NJ DIRECT, NJ PLUS and Traditional plans. Covering nearly 600,000 members, the NJSHBP is one of the largest group health benefits accounts in the country.
