Horizon MyWay consists of three options: MyWay HSA, MyWay HRA and MyWay FSA.
Horizon MyWay HSA combines our high-deductible PPO or Direct Access plans with a Health Savings Account. Contributions to an HSA can be made in three ways: by the employer, employee or both. Contributed funds can be either tax free or tax deductible.

Choose a Plan
Horizon MyWay HRA combines our high-deductible PPO or Direct Access plans with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement. HRAs are employer-funded accounts that employees can use for qualified medical expenses, including deductibles. The employer owns the HRA and, therefore, can select which IRS-eligible expenses will be reimbursed.
