Horizon MyWay FSAs are a convenient before-tax way for employees to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses. Money from an enrolled employee's paycheck is deposited into his/her account before any taxes are withheld. Employees are then reimbursed for any eligible expenses with the before-tax dollars from their FSAs.
Vision, Dental, Transit and Parking FSAs are available through Horizon BCBSNJ, in addition to Medical.
Typically, a Horizon MyWay FSA is combined with another Horizon BCBSNJ plan, and employee participation in an FSA is voluntary.
