Personal Account Management gives you access to the tools and services needed to manage the financial component of your MyWay plan. Available any time of day, these tools can save you time and are designed to fit your busy, active life. Over the next several months, we will be making significant improvements to these services to make them even easier to use and more powerful. Stay tuned.

  The following tools are available to MyWay HSA members with Mellon:

MyWay members with a VISA/Debit Card can use the card to pay for copays, deductibles, and coinsurance. Click here to access the VISA/Debit Card site and review your VISA/Debit Card account (login required).

Note: You cannot use the card at non-health-related VISA locations, such as restaurants, gas stations, and bookstores.

If you need to check on the status of a claim, request an ID card, or something related to your health plan, Click here.

For customer service issues, please call the 800 number on your ID card.
