Unreimbursed Medical Spending Account
Over-the-counter drugs are now ELIGIBLE for reimbursement in the Unreimbursed Medical Spending

will be considered reimbursable. "Medical care" includes amounts paid for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation,

condition, are not eligible for reimbursement under the TaxSave program. The IRS has ruled that
these expenses are not eligible under any circumstance.
- Cosmetic prescriptions and procedures, including teeth bleaching, are not allowable.
- Insurance premiums.
- Expenses incurred before you became eligible for the plan, or during any period you did not contribute to the plan.
