Horizon BCBSNJ Sponsors 27th Annual New Jersey Festival of Ballooning

Sometimes being told that you are full of hot air can be a compliment, especially if you are taking part in the 27th Annual New Jersey Festival of Ballooning.“The Annual New Jersey Festival of Ballooning is truly one of the most spectacular summertime events to take place in New Jersey each year,” said Larry Altman, Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications for Horizon BCBSNJ. “With over 125 balloons launching into the sky and over 175,000 people attending the festival, it is an event that Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and our 3.6 million members are proud to be associated with.” Horizon BCBSNJ will have a “Sunblock Station” at the festival and will distribute free sunscreen and sun safety literature during the event. Additionally, the Horizon NJ Health Care-A-Van will be onsite and will provide free health screenings for participants attending the festival.
