Jack Campbell is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ). Mr. Campbell has been with Horizon BCBSNJ since 2002.
Mr. Campbell is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and obtained his J.D. from Georgetown University. After serving in the Air Force, Mr. Campbell began a twenty-four year career at Aetna as an Investment Counsel, rising to the position of Vice President & Counsel in the Corporate Practice Group. After leaving Aetna, he did insurance consulting work and later became a Partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Epstein, Becker & Green. While remaining a Partner at Epstein, Becker & Green, he became the outside General Counsel to Coventry Health Care, Inc. in Bethesda, Maryland.
Mr. Campbell is an Attorney admitted to the Bar in Connecticut, Virginia and Washington, D.C. He is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries, as well as a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
