Christopher M. Lepre, Senior Vice President, Market Business Units, is responsible for leading all of the company’s sales and marketing activities.
Mr. Lepre has over 25 years of experience in health care benefits management and administration, sales and account management. He was appointed to his current position in June 2008, and is responsible for the company’s market business units including Individual and Senior Markets, Dental, Horizon Casualty Services, Commercial and Major Accounts, the Federal Employee Program and the State Health Benefits Program. He is also responsible for the Underwriting and Product Development and Corporate Marketing and Communications Divisions.
Prior to his most recent appointment, Mr. Lepre was Vice President of Major Accounts Market. In that role he was responsible for all sales, including: small group, midsize, jumbo, national accounts, direct public sectors and labor sales and services. In addition, he was responsible for the sales and account management of
Rayant Life Insurance Company, Inc.
Mr. Lepre holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. in Management from Wagner College. In addition,
Mr. Lepre sits on the following boards for the Consortium Health Plans: the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and as Chair for the Membership Committee.
