Starting in January 2008, your clients can pay premiums on active group accounts via our
automated telephone system , at any time, using the group's checking account information.
The toll free access number is 1-888-778-2005 and this service will be offered free of charge.
Additional details on this convenient new feature will be included with your clients' premium bill.
To use this fast and easy payment method, your clients will need:
- The group or account number.
- The group's checking account number.
- The group's bank routing number.
- The payment amount.
Once the payment is submitted via the automated telephone system, please allow three to five
business days for posting of the premiums.
