NJ DIRECT 10/15

Both NJ DIRECT10 and NJ DIRECT15 provide in-network benefits nationwide. A low copayment will apply to participating NJ DIRECT doctor’s office visits. No PCP selection is needed, there are no referrals, and access to BlueCard PPO physicians and hospitals outside of New Jersey are just a few of the advantages of enrolling in NJ DIRECT.

In addition, you can use your out-of-network benefits under NJ DIRECT for providers who are not in the network. Most eligible out-of-network care is reimbursed after a member’s out-of-network deductible is satisfied.
